Relationship coaching primarily involves helping a woman achieve her relationship goals. As a coach, I will not judge you, or even tell you what goals you ought to have.

My job is to show you the best and most effective way to reach your desired outcome, in the shortest time and for results that last you a lifetime. If I am any good as a coach, you should be able to pursue your relationship goals on your own after a while and duly fire me! I weigh my success by the amount of independence a client gains on coaching with me.

One of the initial exercises that I cover with my clients is creating a visual map. Your marriage is a journey with a destination. Unless you clearly identify where you want to go, and what your final destination is, you will not be able to figure out the best route. It’s like getting into the car and driving on the highway for hours without knowing where you want to go. It burns a lot of fuel and wastes a lot of time.

– and how far you need to go to get to your ideal marriage. One of the ways you can score yourself, is by breaking down your relationship into different parts and grading yourself in each. For each part you must first identify what a perfect picture in that aspect would look like. Write it down in as many sentences as it takes to completely describe it.
